Shopping information

Is this webshop available in English and Dutch only?
Yes. Sorry for the inconvenience but for the moment we only offer an English and a Dutch language version only. If you’d like to talk to us in a different language we can always give Google translate a go.

Is Strip available in shops?
We have just started selling Strip, at the moment Strip can only be bought from the Omsch webshop, when this changes we will surely mention it on the website or let you know via our newsletter. Do you own a shop and would you like to partner up. Than we’d be very happy to hear from you.

Do you offer discounts for large orders?
Orders for 7 or more Strips are eligible for a discount. Please mail us and we’ll send you a discount voucher for large orders.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We partner with Sisow to handle all our payments, they handle all major credit cards, PayPal, iDEAL, Bancontact, SOFORT Banking and other regional payments methods. The full overview is shown during checkout.

Transactions are processed by Sisow and are not stored or processed on our servers. Sisow is registered at DNB

Shipping Cost
We offer free Shipping in the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Belgium and Germany, for purchases over €75,-. Shipping costs for other countries as well as orders under € 75,- will be calculated during checkout before you press the Buy button.

Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes! Although, for the time being, to keep operations simple, we sell to European Union countries only. If you are outside the EU but would like to order anyway then please let us know which item(s) you’d like to purchase and where you are based. We may be able arrange something.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Parcel?
Shipments within The Netherlands and Belgium usually arrive within 2 work days, shipments to Germany, Luxembourg and France should arrive within 3 working days.

I don’t see the item I want in stock, what should I do?
If your version of Strip is sold out, then please go ahead and send us an email stating which item you would like to order, and we’ll let you know when stock is replenished.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?
Strip is too large for service point deliveries, that’s why we can only deliver Strip at your doorstep. Usually items will be shipped using PostNL. If the size – for bespoke products – is too large we may choose to ship with DHL or UPS. If you are in Rotterdam, you are welcome to come pick up your Strip yourself.

Orders and returns

How Do I Track My Order?
After you place an order, you will receive a track and trace email within 24 hours. Please keep in mind, when you receive this email, it means that we have submitted your order to our parcel service, it does not always mean it is shipped that same day.

Your Invoice
When your order is out the door, you will receive another mail with your invoice, marking your order complete.

Do I need an account to place an order?
You don’t have to but it is recommended as it will be easier to get information about you purchases later on.

Businesses outside of the Netherlands don’t pay VAT
If you order for a business outside of the Netherlands you pay a 0% VAT rate. In order to achieve 0% tax during checkout, please make an account and add your tax nr, so that our checkout system can validate it, using the VAT Information Exchange System

Can I cancel bespoke orders?
You can’t cancel your bespoke order. However, if you cancel in time and the order hasn’t been sent out to our manufacturer, we may be able to cancel your order without charge.

How Can I Cancel My Order?
You can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery and although we appreciate your feedback, you are not obligated to give us a reason for asking for a refund. To cancel your order please simply send us an email with your name, address and order details stating you would like a refund. Refunds will be paid within one week, after we receive the product and see there’s no damage to the item(s).

Wrong Shipment or Shipping Damage
Please examine your order immediately upon receipt. If your product does not arrive as ordered, please reach out to us within 5 days of receipt to make sure we can get you the correct item. If you receive a damaged product, please send us your order number and photos – preferably also of the un-opened packaging –  thoroughly documenting the damage to the item and the packaging.

How Can I Return a Product?
If at all possible use the original packaging to send back your order. If the original packaging is no longer available then please use packaging that offers the same amount of protection as the original packaging. In the Netherlands you can hand in your return parcel at any PostNL outlet. Mind you, the largest allowed parcel size at PostNL must not exceed 175 x 78 x 58 cm or weigh more than 31,5 kg.

If your return does not ship from the Netherlands, we suggest you use UPS for shipping back your item. If you’d like UPS can collect your parcel at your doorstep.
